“Living in Cambodia, you come to love the chaos, understand the desperation, live with the injustices of everyday life, and yet rejoice that hope lives and life triumphs.”

Charis Tan, BAB Intern (summer 2007)

Bridges Across Borders (BAB) offers exciting and affordable volunteer programs that give you the opportunity to experience living in a developing country while making a valuable contribution. Volunteers and interns have played a key role in supporting the growth of BAB and our partner organizations’ projects and we are continually seeking the involvement of dynamic and enthusiastic people to join our team. Whether you’re teaching kids English in slum communities and orphanages, or working on development projects in rural villages, your contribution will help make a difference.
